We started GRND in 2020 because we'd seen enough — endless approval chains, juniors stuck on senior work without support, design treated as decoration, engineers locked out of the strategy room. We wanted to build a studio where the people doing the work actually own the decisions.
Five years later we're 10+ people across four practices — digital products, data & intelligence, AI & ML, and growth. We ship end-to-end. We talk to the people who pay the bills. And every person here has a real stake in what we build, both in the work and in what we earn.
We're not for everyone. We're for the few who'd rather run something than show up to something.
