Senior Product Designer

At GRND you'll lead design on real digital products — not pretty mockups for the shelf, working products that move metrics. You'll partner with engineers, strategists, and clients directly.

You make the call, you defend the call, you ship the call. We hire seniors because we want them to act like ones.

• Own design for 1–3 product engagements at any time — from kickoff through launch
• Run discovery and research: user interviews, jobs-to-be-done, opportunity sizing
• Design end-to-end product flows, UI systems, and interaction patterns in Figma
• Work hand-in-hand with senior engineers so what you design ships well
• Present and defend your decisions to clients — senior people do senior work
• Shape how GRND does design as a practice — your voice will set patterns

• 5+ years designing real shipped digital products (not just marketing sites)
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end flows, not just polished screens
• Fluent in Figma and modern design systems thinking
• Comfortable in client conversations — you sell decisions, not just make them
• Bias for shipping over perfecting — done is better than perfect, every time
• English at working level (Czech is a plus, not required)
