Natuzzi had grown organically into four separate digital properties — corporate, catalogue, dealer-locator, and editorial. Each had its own stack, its own design language, and none of them spoke to the others. Customers got lost between them.
We consolidated all four into a single flagship: one CMS, one analytics layer, one design system, one team that owns it. The brand finally feels like one brand online.

Conversion on the unified catalogue improved. Bounce on dealer-locator entry down significantly. Editorial traffic is now a real acquisition channel, not a side project — we're still running monthly content sprints with their team.
